The people behind Care Consort Services
We started Care Consort to offer the kind of support we would want for our own families. We are a Sheffield home care provider supporting adults aged 18 and over, with a personal, culturally aware approach that puts the person first.

Why we started Care Consort
Care Consort was founded by Khalil and Zak, who saw how much difference truly personal support makes, and how often people feel like a number rather than a person.
Khalil’s background in mental health shaped a simple belief that good care starts with understanding the whole person, not just their needs on paper.
Together they built Care Consort to bring that kind of care to adults across Sheffield, whatever their age or background.

Joyleen Jackson
Registered Manager
As Registered Manager, Joyleen is the person accountable to the Care Quality Commission for the quality and safety of our care.

- Carefully recruited. All staff complete enhanced DBS checks, references and right to work checks.
- Well trained. Our carers complete a full induction and the Care Certificate, with ongoing training including mental health awareness.

- Supported to do their best. We invest in our people, because well supported carers deliver better care.
Registered and regulated
Care Consort Services Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal care. We were registered in 29 October 2024 and have not yet been inspected. You can view our profile on the CQC website.
