Care shaped around you

What we do

The support we provide

Your support is built around the jobs you find hardest. It can include:

  • Planning and preparing meals, including cultural and dietary preferences
  • Grocery shopping and errands
  • Light housework such as washing up, tidying and taking out the bins
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Changing bed linen
  • Medication reminders, with gentle prompts at the right time and encouragement to drink fluids
  • Help with post, appointments and keeping on top of household routines

Our carers provide medication reminders and gentle prompts. Let us know your needs and we will talk through what we can offer.
