Your routine, your way
Dignity and privacy first
Your carer explains what they are doing, asks before helping, and keeps you covered and comfortable throughout.
Your preferences matter
A shower or a wash, morning or evening, a male or female carer where possible, and any cultural or faith practices around washing and modesty.
Encouraging independence
We support you to do what you can for yourself, rather than taking over.
Familiar faces
We send consistent carers wherever we can, so trust has time to grow.
