What we do

The support we provide

Your support is built around the goals you set. It can include:

At home

  • Cooking, budgeting and shopping skills
  • Keeping a home clean and organised
  • Managing post, bills and appointments
  • Building daily and weekly routines

In the community

  • Using public transport with confidence
  • Finding local groups, clubs, volunteering, education or work
  • Attending appointments
  • Building friendships and social confidence
Our approach

Support that grows your confidence

Goals you set

We agree what you want to work towards, and review it together.

Gradual steps

We build skills a little at a time, so they stick.

Support that can step back

As your confidence grows, support can reduce, where that is what you want.

Respect for you

Your choices, culture and identity shape how we work with you.

An example

What progress can look like

Everyone is different, so this is only an example of how support might grow with you.

  1. 1

    Getting started

We work closely alongside you, learning your routines and agreeing your first goals.

  2. 2

    Building confidence

You take on more yourself, with us there for encouragement and a steadying hand.

  3. 3

    Doing more independently

Support eases back as you manage more on your own, with reviews to keep things on track.
